Cancellations and Reschedules* *Members:* - Cancellations: All canceled lessons must be rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation to qualify for reschedule. - Reschedules: Members can log in to their back office portal to reschedule lessons. Alternatively, they can text/call their teacher to notify them of the cancellation and book a new lesson using the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page. *Single Lesson Holders:* - Cancellations: All canceled lessons must be rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation to qualify for reschedule. - Reschedules: Single lesson holders can only use the RESCHEDULE LESSON booking option on the booking page to reschedule their lesson. They must text/call their teacher to notify them of the cancellation and then book a new lesson using this option. *General Policy:* - If a canceled lesson is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancellation notice, the entire lesson credit will be lost.
